Well, if you can do it in the bible...
It seems a couple in Germany are being investigated by the police for offering to sell their daughter on eBay.
Why should they get into trouble? Why, Exodus 21:7 quite clearly states:
"When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she shall not go out as the male slaves do."
*grin*
